  • Claims Operations - Handles claims for the organization. This involves the negotiation and settlement of claims, from first advice through to final settlement.
  • Disability Claims - Determines the validity of and authorizes disability claims. Makes policy recommendations and guidelines for claims negotiations. 
  • Policy Administration - Monitoring payment receipts and policy expiration dates, processing various changes, issuance and re-issuance of policy documents.
  • Customer Service - Plans and monitors customer contact center schedules and operations, manages information and productivity forecasts, and more.
  • Underwriting – For Client Experience, Group, Life, Medical and New Business, quantifying risk, determining on the acceptance of claims, and more.
  • Business Analysis - The link between technology and specific business areas, identifying requirements, creating project specifications, and more. 
  • Business Process Improvement - Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of business processes, develops sustainable improvements, and more.
