How do you describe your role?
I am a Marketing Project Manager for our Association business. We offer their members Life and Disability Insurance products. I work to manage our non-campaign efforts which include the creation of social media, banner and print ads. I'm also our conference planner.
What are some of the most exciting projects you’ve worked on?
The most exciting projects I work on are the new creative projects. Watching an idea turn into a new landing page or new conference handout that becomes well-liked among our consumers is very rewarding and fulfilling.

Creativity has always been a passion of mine. My work allows me to be creative constantly and that is what makes me tick.
What is it like to work at Prudential?
Working at Prudential is rewarding and fulfilling. You are valued as an employee and as an individual. The culture and the people are second to none. All of this makes you want to come to work each day and be the best you can be. I can truthfully tell you that I would not want to be anywhere else doing anything else.
What excites you most about Prudential?
It is exciting to know that I am a part of something bigger than myself and my specific role in the company. I love knowing what I am doing truly matters and makes a difference in the bigger picture.
What keeps you at Prudential?
The people – those I work with not only on my team but in my broader organization and Prudential as a whole. Genuinely loving what I do for a living.
How would you describe Prudential culture in one word?
What do you like to do in your free time outside of work?
I love to travel as well as spend time with family and friends.
What extra-curricular activities were you involved in during college?
I was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, on my university’s Irish Dance team and I was a mentor for first-year business students.
