About the position

PGIM Real Estate’s Agency Lending team is seeking a highly motivated individual for placement as an FHA Loan Processor. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, as well as in an office environment, with co-workers throughout the U.S.


Significant interaction with clients, originators, and underwriters, and other internal and external third parties

Processing and balancing of borrower deposits and other funds, in addition to requesting payments for invoices, retainers, etc.

Assist in obtaining bids from third-party report providers

Organizing due diligence checklists and forms

Assist in receipt of due diligence materials from borrower team for delivery to third party report providers

Assist in delivery, follow up, and organization of due diligence materials to and from borrower, and other third parties

Order tax certificates, flood certification(s), OFAC searches

Assist underwriting team in maintaining data integrity in various loan databases

Upload required documentation into loan databases

Assist in the assembly, copying and distribution of loan submissions to internal and external parties

Bachelor's degree a plus

Relevant work experience in commercial real estate a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail oriented

Capable of working independently in a fast paced environment

Ability to multitask

Ability to work collaboratively

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) & ability to learn other PGIM business software

Capacity to work over-time when necessary
