Delvin Joyce oversees Prudential Advisors’ South Florida Financial Group, building dedicated teams that work to meet financial goals of clients in the local area. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, Delvin is committed to “the opportunity to provide relevant financial education to help meet the needs of this community."

Anyelis Cordero

Senior Associate, Campus Recruiting Joined Pru in 2015

Anyelis is passionate about empowering students and young professionals with the right access, tools and resources to rock their careers at Prudential. “It's always been important to me to work with leaders who I admire, are invested in my professional development, and are just relatable, fun people,” she explained. “I was star-struck by the dynamic range of experiences, contagious positive energy, and exciting vision for our Campus Recruiting Team.”

Naveen Agarwal

Chief Customer Officer Joined Pru in 2014

As the company’s first Chief Customer Officer, Naveen is responsible for driving simplicity and superior customer experiences across all customer touch points at Prudential. “Prudential is a company with a wonderful history and an amazing customer base, from 21-year olds to retirees, from customers with as little as $20,000 in savings to large institutions such as central banks,” he explained. “There are very few companies in the world where employees can make an impact on such a diverse customer base.”

Omari Douglas-Hall

Research Analyst, Prudential Fixed Income Joined Pru in 2013

Omari joined Prudential following the completion of his MBA. “I was excited by the combination of a team-oriented, collaborative culture and the company’s focus on deep, research-driven investment processes, he said. “The skills I’ve developed here, along with many relationships here at Prudential and across the industry, will prove helpful throughout my career.” Before attending Harvard Business School, Omari worked as a Trader at an investment bank.

Rachelle Schlesinger

Principal, Prudential’s Timberland Capital Group Joined Pru in 1998

Rachelle takes pride in working with families that have owned and operated their farmland or timberlands for multiple generations. When she joined the firm, she was “impressed by the talent and tenure of the people I would be working with. That proud heritage and cohesive work culture has been constant throughout my career with Prudential Agricultural Investments.”

Colleen Areson

Vice President, PGIM Joined Pru in 2014

Colleen joined PGIM, Prudential’s global asset management businesses, in 2014 with over 10 years of experience in business transformation and process reengineering. With an MBA from the Wharton School, Colleen was “incredibly impressed with Prudential’s strength in asset management. Our reputation is growing fast in this area, and I was excited for the chance to be a part of it.” Prior to joining PGIM, Colleen was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Construction and Real Estate Advisory Services practice.
