In PGIM Fixed Income, our technology group is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exciting changes on the horizon under new senior leadership. We are looking for a savvy client-facing Project Manager to initiate and streamline all future vendor initiatives within our Fixed income division. Our ideal candidate will build strong partnerships with all our global business partners and will identify and resolve all potential issues in a concise manner. What You Will Do:
• Partner with business users, external vendors and internal technology group, managing priorities and critical production issues, vendor releases, in addition to initiating and managing projects.
• Participate in identification of key vendors and selection as necessary
• Establish appropriate governance and oversight programs to monitor vendor performance, delivery and relationship health.
• Escalate areas of concern, business impact and recommended remediation
• Responsible for coordinating governance meetings with vendors including agendas, presenters/attendees, minutes and follow-up on action items
• Support cross functional relationships with internal clients including: Operations, Technology, Operating Risk, Front/Middle Office, Legal
• Lead Project Manager initiating business process reviews and workflow changes, while working directly with end users, vendors and technology when applicable

Qualifications


What you will need:


  • 12+ years of experience in vendor management/relationship management/project management, preferably within a cross-functional Asset Management organization
  • Strong understanding of Blackrock Solutions Aladdin Systems or comparable OMS platform.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization
  • Proven ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and partnering skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
