As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Reception Responsibilities:

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and direct daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

HR Support Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings and leading the handling of meeting logistics (e.g., conference rooms, video, conference calls, preparing meeting materials, etc.)
  • Coordinate travel reservations, track expenses and prepare/process vouchers and invoices
  • Handle information with a high level of confidentiality


  • 2-5 years relative experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to multitask

  • Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • A positive attitude and energetic personality are essential

  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
