Reporting to the Director of Account Services, the Account Supervisor acts as the primary liason between clients and the in-house advertising group to help ensure a seamless digital customer experience across paid and owned marketing channels. This person will play a key role in campaign support for an exciting new digital initiative within Prudential Financial.


  • Manage integrated marketing, direct to consumer, and content marketing campaigns; apply these disciplines to help manage campaign support for an end-to-end digital customer experience

  • Partner with clients (internal business groups) and other corporate centers to expose key business issues, evaluate competitive landscape and understanding industry trends

  • Assess strategy, creative and media that best meets client objectives

  • Participate in the presentation and influence of creative media plans

  • Foster client and internal agency relationships

  • Be the client ambassador and help ensure that agency teams are informed, focused and motivated about projects

  • Coordinate status meetings with the account team and relevant partners to discuss client challenges, opportunities and work in progress

  • Mentor and develop the skills and abilities of junior agency staff

  • Proactively identify potential issues and escalate appropriately

  • Manage billings for projects and clients

  • Coordinate with compliance and legal


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing or advertising experience in an account services role; prior agency experience preferred
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing, direct to consumer, and content marketing campaigns; ability to apply these disciplines to help manage campaign support for an end-to-end digital customer experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage junior staff
  • Clear, concise and confident verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects of moderate complexity
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and understanding of technical creative process
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas and viewpoint confidently and authoritatively
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to effectively establish priorities and manage multiple projects / team members
  • Successfully balance the duel expectations of clients and the agency
