About the position
This position will report to the VP, Human Resources and be a key member of the HR Business Partner team supporting the Claim Operations function within the Group Insurance organization. This individual provides day to day HR generalist support as well as leadership of strategic HR projects and processes within the Claim Operations function. This role will also be accountable for leading an initiative as part of our overall Group Insurance talent strategy. The incumbent should have prior experience in an HR Business Partner role as well as experience partnering with senior executives.
Specific accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain client relationships aligned by business group and execute with excellence on all HR platforms
Leverage a clear understanding of business strategy, goals, and opportunities of Prudential, Group Insurance and assigned business clients
Seize opportunities to enhance leadership excellence, management capability and the employee experience to impact business performance
Exercise a balance of thought leadership and service delivery to proactively meet client needs and partner to define issues, determine appropriate solutions and plan execution aligned with vision and strategy
Ability to travel to various office locations approximately 30% of the time
Previous experience in an HR Business Partner Role supporting all levels of leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior executives
Proven track record in aligning talent strategy with business objectives
Excellent consultative & relationship building skill's
