The Full Service B2B Marketing Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the development of the marketing strategy and implementing the marketing activities for the Full Service Marketing Team within Prudential Retirement. The individual will be part of a high caliber team of strategic marketing professionals, responsible for the marketing strategies and execution plans designed to engage customers, build loyalty, cultivate more profitable relationships and drive financial wellness outcomes.

This individual will also be responsible for delivering holistic individual financial wellness across B2B channels for Prudential Retirement’s Full-Service business and supporting the development of an integrated strategic marketing plan that supports business objectives around growth, retention and profitability. The individual will work closely with corporate partners and other division marketing leads to ensure alignment with the Corporate brand and foster partnership around cross division initiatives. The B2B Full Service Marketing Analyst will also work closely with various constituents across the business (Product, Customer Experience, Research, Individual Segment Solutions, Finance).

The Full Service B2B Marketing Analyst plays a key role within an organization that is structured to partner with the business to drive growth and engagement. This individual will be accountable for delivering scalable, high impact solutions that create differentiation in the market place.

  • Support an integrated B2B Marketing Strategy and Execution plan for the Full Service Businesses that is aligned to drive business results.
  • Partner with members of the Full Service Marketing Strategy team to:
  • Develop high impact and focused marketing strategies and execution plans that reinforce the brand and value proposition, drive growth and engagement among various constituents.
  • Create strategies for the onboarding of marketing automation and build-out platforms.  
  • Fully integrate and prioritize marketing plans.
  • Ensure marketing strategies reduce cost and complexity and are repeatable and scalable.
  • Develop learning agendas and continuous improvement models for all activities.
  • Ensure deep customer insight is at the center of all marketing plans.
  • Ensure marketing activities adhere to budgeted allocations, advising on making trade-offs and choices to drive high impact solutions using the best methods possible.
  • Ensuring an “end-to-end” mindset and connectivity across all marketing actions.
  • Ensure we are maximizing impact of external and internal communications.


The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation of business and strategic marketing experience. Other relevant qualifications are:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience (financial services and/or retirement experience a plus).
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Experience with B2B marketing (institutional and/or financial advisors)
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation and new marketing trends
  • Solid analytical skills enabling the individual to work with others to identify potential solutions and to think objectively
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience in project management
  • Solid communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proven quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of the company, industry, products and services
