As a Customer Solution Consultant for National Accounts in our Group Insurance business, you’re responsible for supporting the Claims and Sales organizations with consultative subject matter expertise on our Life and Disability products. You will work with National Account customers, brokers/consultants, and internal business partners to ensure a positive benefit experience that will drive increased sales revenue, customer satisfaction and customer persistency.
Your work location is flexible within the U.S. including working remotely. U.S. travel is approx. 30% and can be upwards of 50% of your time, during the peak sales season.
Meet with customers and brokers/consultants regarding Prudential’s group insurance claim key differentiating solutions.
Support the Sales leadership team on prospecting new business and retaining our existing book of business.
Influence marketing materials, including capabilities and finalist presentations that showcase Prudential’s differentiators in the marketplace.
Collaborate with internal business partners to address questions or concerns and facilitate timely resolution of issues presented by customers and/or brokers.
Does this sound like you? Our successful candidate has:
8+ years of claim operation experience, within national accounts group insurance. Multiple products (STD/ABS, statutory disability, LTD or Life) preferred.
Solid working knowledge of current national account group insurance industry products, practices, strategies, and competitive intelligence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and credible presenter.
Consultative approach including critical thinking ability to provide solution-based outcomes with a sense of urgency.
Expertise in facilitating customer meetings with diverse stakeholder participants. Builds and maintains strong relationships.
Experience in dealing in a matrixed environment and/or demonstrated success in managing across organizations by using influence versus authority.
Proven ability to work independently.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
